What’s Included
Multi-Destination & Complex Journeys
Ideal for multi-city or multi-country trips, wine-region itineraries, land-and-sea combinations, or long-haul international journeys. Planning fees begin at $795 and increase based on itinerary complexity, duration, and number of travelers.
Single-Destination Journeys
Typically 5–10 nights for up to two travelers. Planning fees begin at $495 and are confirmed after your consultation based on scope and complexity.
Our end-to-end planning and coordination service is designed for travelers who want their trip crafted as a cohesive experience, not simply a collection of bookings.

Support
A professionally organized itinerary delivered via our itinerary system (Tern), accessible on- or offline while traveling, with real-time trip notifications—such as flight delays or schedule updates, plus pre-departure guidance and support if plans shift.
Logistics
Transportation coordination, booking management for confirmed elements, and itinerary integration.
Professional Itinerary Review & Optimization (for DIY Planners)
For travelers who have plans in place and want expert confirmation that pacing, logistics, and sequencing work well. Inquire for details.
Group & Multi-Generational Travel
Group journeys are quoted individually based on scope, group size, and coordination needs.
Hotel-Only or Cruise-Only Bookings
If you already know exactly what you want to book, we can assist with individual hotel or cruise reservations through preferred partners at no additional cost, or you can book directly via Virtuoso. If you’d like guidance narrowing options, we can recommend the right planning approach during your consultation.
Air Travel Support (By Request)
Air strategy is integrated into every journey to ensure timing and routing support the overall flow. Clients may book flights independently or request ticketing support as an additional service, discussed transparently in advance.
Expedited Planning
Travel departing within 30 days may incur an expedited planning fee to reflect the heightened coordination required on a compressed timeline.
